Cash and checks will be accepted; we cannot accept credit cards this year. Pieces purchased via standard bidding or quick-sale may be picked up late Saturday or on Sunday. The print ship is run on a cash-and-carry basis.
Unless marked "NFS" or "Sold--Quick Sale", works in the display area will be available for purchase via bidding. Bids must be in whole-dollar increments; non-whole dollar bids will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. Pieces with only one bid may be purchased outright by that bidder on Sunday for the bid price. Pieces with two or more bids, and award-winning pieces with one or more bids, will be taken to auction Saturday night at 7 p.m. (Main Programming). If no bids are placed during the auction, the work reverts to the last bidder; otherwise, the highest bid at auction takes the piece.
Quick-Sale. Display pieces may be purchased immediately for the indicated quick-sale price -- but if and only if the piece has received no standard bids. Pieces containing even a single bid can only be purchased by outbidding all other bidders. While purchasing a piece via quick-sale guarantees that you will receive the piece, under no circumstances will any art be allowed to leave the display area before 6 p.m. on Saturday; other people get really mad when the art show gets stripped before they have a chance to see everything. Items purchased via quick-sale may be picked up late Saturday, after the auction, or early Sunday. If you have additional questions about how the quick-sale procedure works, please don't hesitate to talk with one of the art show staff.
Print Shop. All pieces in the print shop are available for immediate purchase. You may take
