JR Daniels fears nothing. He accomplishes much. Artist and Party Terrorist -- A distillation of JR Daniels
How does a man go from unknown to well know artist almost overnight? You'll have to ask JR Daniels. He paints scenes of quite grandeur, captures the loneliness of space, and the faces of hardbitten pioneers making their way among the stars. He has a touch with the airbrush that astonishes many artists, a freewheeling expressive touch that is yet refined and controlled. How does he do that? He'll show you and he'll tell you exactly how he does it, in demonstrations that amaze adults and delight children. He's informative, funny, and interesting to listen to. He's got a great voice, like a radio announcer, and he cares about what he's doing.
And what he's doing is painting. Painting like nobody else; a style so original that there is no mistaking him with any other artist. Painting like a whirlwind, turning out pieces with such rapidity it will make your head spin. Those pieces don't lay around, though. They are sold in conventions all over the country so fast that he has to keep painting to meet the demand, and believe me, that is something every artist seeks.
Do you think that bothers JR? To have to constantly travel, promoting his work with all of the other art that is competing against his? Not a bit, I assure you. JR knows he is doing something great, and apparently conventions think so. They invite him regularly to come back again and again. Do you think that it is just his sparkling, finely detailed paintings that is causing this? Think again.
JR is one of the original Party Terrorists. His charming ways turn savage when this gentleman approaches dark. His beaming smile turns into a wicked grin, and he transforms into something scary, a maniac. You want a good time? This man is a professional. His entertaining ways are so well known that some people have been known to remark, "He's and artist? I didn't know that. Why, of course! Only and artist could be such a wild man!"
He speaks well, he's entertaining, he's an excellent artist. His wife, Frances, is charming and patient, and their son, Trey, is a delight
Robert Daniels, Jr. is someone you should get to know. You can't help but appreciate his work. I'm proud to be a friend of your artist guest of honor, JR Daniels.
